Are the products authentic?

Yes, Bella Vita Moda only deals with authentic products.

We specialise in the purchase and resale of "as new" pre-owned items, which includes the likes of commercial samples, items used in publicity and other promotional campaigns, fashion shows and other events, employee purchases, celebrity and other third-party resales, etc.  However, in most cases, we only purchase items where we have sight of the original purchase/acquisition receipt, thus helping us to ensure the authenticity of the item(s) in question. Prior to shipping, each item is carefully repackaged to the manufacturers original specification.

Notably, we also have access to one of the world's largest private collections of rare and collectible handbags, selective items from which we are able to purchase and resell through this our online retail store.


What is the despatch method and delivery time?

Upon receipt of your order, your purchase will be sent immediately from our depository to our despatch team, where it will be inspected and packaged.

Goods will only be despatched upon payment having cleared into our bank.

Upon receipt of cleared funds, goods will be deposited with the relevant courier within a period of 10 business days. We offer two shipment options, which are:-

Option 1: Free delivery via EMS International courier (7-14 business days).

Option 2: DHL express courier at a fixed cost of €28 per shipment (4-6 business days).

*Excess package size will be sent via EMS as default.

*Occasionally the shipment period might be longer due to intense air traffic, extreme weather conditions or during peak holiday periods.

All shipments are fully insured.


Coronavirus Update

Despite current challenges, we continue to service our customers to the best of our ability. Current circumstances may cause some delays in transit and final delivery of customer purchases. For example, new boarder controls, reduced air freight capacity, local protective regulations and quarantine measures may all impact service. These circumstances have been categorised as "force majeure" and are completely outside of our control. Refunds due to delivery delays will not be considered, as all purchases will be delivered. We apologise to our customers for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your understanding during what can only be defined as exceptional circumstances.


From where will my order be dispatched? 

As mentioned above, Bella Vita Moda is an online shopping website which obtains its products from a variety of syndicated sources world-wide. A very high percentage of branded products sold in the primary retail market, are purchased in East and South East Asia. This being the case, we focus strongly on that region and a large percentage of our stock is acquired therein. As such, we use Hong Kong as a depository, also for some items acquired from outside the East Asian region. Therefore, the majority of the orders we receive will be despatched to their final destination from Hong Kong. Notwithstanding (and depending on where we have the purchased item(s) stored), some European delivery destinations will be despatched directly from within Europe.


Will I be charged the import tax when I receive the package?

We cannot guarantee you will not be charged customs duties, or perhaps you will be asked just to complete a declaration form. In whatever case, we use an experienced shipping company to handle our deliveries, and the package will be marked as either a "commercial sample" or "gift" to help mitigate the situation.


How do I pay for the purchase?

Online credit/debit card payment, direct bank wire transfer, money order or bitcoin.

Return Policy

All the sales are administered in accordance with the user's statutory rights as a consumer, and the buyer agrees with our Terms and Conditions when the order is placed. In the case of returns, the original product must be returned to us together with complete and original packaging and all documentation.


Can I get my bag repaired?

Whilst many of the fashion houses worldwide have stopped providing repair services (even when purchased directly), we are able to provide full after sales service for our customers. Simply return the product to us and we will arrange to get it repaired by professional craftsmen dedicated to each brand.
